Company A

PROBLEM:  Company A consulted with MyBizNEXT™ with a desire to increase their revenue stream.  Company A had a great desire to work with schools and service “at risk” youth.  The company already had a tutoring program that did not fund itself.  The fees from the tutoring program did not cover all the expenses involved.  Consequently, Company A was forced to hold an annual fundraising in an attempt to raise funds to cover program and other organizational.  Although, highly recognized and regarded in the community, Company A did not have a sustainable program that “funded itself.” 

SOLUTION:  MyBizNEXT™ met with the Chairman of the Board to identify Company A’s goals and objectives.  MyBizNEXT™ searched local resources and identified many federal resources administered by the state.  One of the resources was not competitive; it was based on meeting specific requirement stated in the proposal.  The resource provided extensive resources to support the tutorial efforts of Company A.  For a competitive fee, MyBizNEXT™ applied and obtained the resource for Company A.

RESULT: In less than 2 years, Company A realized over $150,000 of additional revenue.  In addition, Company A is highly regarded for providing “high quality services” in the community and education arena.

Company B

PROBLEM: Company B was a sub-contractor of an established non-profit organization.  After spending several years working with the non-profit, Company B decided to “get from under the shadow” of the non-profit organization.  Company B requested MyBizNEXT™ to assist with a transitional plan to strategically operate independently.  At that time, a non-profit organization was Company B’s largest client.  Company B provided contract management and academic support to the non-profit organization.

: In less than 3 months, Company B diversified its resources, operated a new summer program (that reached its capacity in less than 2 weeks).  Company B is independent and has realized over $20,000 in additional revenues in less than 6 months.
