Initial Consultation
MybizNEXT 4 Prong A.P.I.E™ System is: ASSESS, PLAN, IMPLEMENT, EVALUATE!
Initially, a Management Coach will provide a 20-minute free consultation via phone to see if MyBizNEXT, LLC is a good fit. If so, a formal meeting will be held to identify specific organizational needs. A representative from the organization will be asked to complete a questionnaire to help MyBizNEXT, LLC get a better understanding of the organization's climate and needs.
After the formal meeting, a professionally polished "Plan of Action" will be forwarded to organization. This 'Plan of Action" includes a "road map" of recommendations for the organization to follow in acheiving its stated goals and objectives.

ONCE YOUR NEEDS ARE IDENTIFIED, a Business Development Specialist (BDS) or Management Coach (MC) is available to provide on site or virtual assistance in completing the tasks outlined in the "Plan of Action".
